"The Congress and our court systems are ill equipped to handle the speed of change. The operational architecture is ancient and failing. Problems are accumulating and the foundations are cracking under the weight. We are now in societal breakdown. Blackwater is intended to protect the rich on American soil as the country slowly fails.
